Ethics Review Board (ERB) Online Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in and using the Philippine Women's University Ethics Review Board ("PWU ERB") Portal at https://pwuthesisapp.zandaa.dev, you confirm that you are an actively enrolled student, faculty researcher, or designated committee member of PWU, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, the PWU Student Handbook, and national ethics guidelines.
2. User Accounts & Authentication
Access requires an official university Google account (@pwu.edu.ph). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your institutional credentials and all activities conducted through your authenticated session.
3. Academic Integrity & Authentic Submissions
All research proposals, informed consent assessments, survey instruments, and supporting credentials submitted for ethics review must represent honest, authentic, and original academic scholarship. Plagiarism, falsification of data, unauthorized co-author inclusion, or forged advisor endorsements will result in immediate disqualification and disciplinary referral.
4. Electronic Signatures & Approvals
The digital signatures rendered through the portal's signature pad by researchers, advisers, committee reviewers, and the ERB Chairperson carry the same legal and institutional validity as physical handwritten signatures for ethics clearance compliance under Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act).
5. Certificates of Ethics Clearance
Approved protocols are issued a tamper-evident Certificate of Ethics Clearance bearing an auto-generated control number (e.g., ERB2026_00001). Any reproduction, modification, or counterfeit presentation of this certificate outside official portal records constitutes academic fraud.
6. Inquiries & Governance
